- Abstract
- The criterion for the effectiveness of training and use of highly qualified personnel in the labor market is the compliance of their work with the specialty acquired at the University. Over the past decades, the percentage of University graduates working in their specialty has been steadily decreasing. Today, every third person works in a specialty that is not related to their professional education. These trends reflect the low efficiency of higher education training and the impact of labor market conditions. Based on the results of a sociological research1 is conducted analysis of the impact on the work of young professionals of various factors related to both training and conflicts in the Russian labor market. The conclusion is substantiated that the training of a young specialist includes not only the formation of professional, but also personal qualities. We study the factors that influence the choice of a young specialist in favor of working in the specialty. The article analyzes the reasons for refusing employment in accordance with the acquired specialty as a form of rationalization of labor relations.
