- Abstract
- The article presents a comparative analysis of the quality determinants of the most effective national systems for leveling gender power of egalitarian Type1: the Australian one, which operates under the liberal regime of the welfare state; the Swedish one, which is implemented under the social-democratic regime of the welfare state. The advantages and disadvantages of the functioning of institutional systems are revealed. The use of this experience will allow for the modernization of the existing Russia's system of gender power institutions on the most optimal development path.
