Abstract
This material contains an analysis by a group of authors of the Program of cooperation between regions of the Far East and Eastern Siberia (Russian Federation) and the Northeast China for the period 2009-2018, approved by President Dmitry Medvedev and President Hu Jintao on September 23, 2009. Evaluating the individual positions of the Program, which provides more than 200 economic project for bilateral cooperation, the authors urge to improve its socio-economic efficiency for the population of the eastern regions of Russia.
