Abstract
The article is dedicated to the analysis of the history of Brazilian populism in period of 1924-1954 years by the principles of ethics politology. The author proposes the new concept of the spiritual-ethic dimension of the socio-political life. It opens possibility to depth analysis of populism, the nature and the genesis of social cinergy of different classes and groups in their common struggle for the free development of nation and state.
