Abstract

The article focuses on the search for funding sources to form a compulsory health insurance fund and a housing fund supporting workers employed in the commercial sector in case of their temporary disability. Measures are proposed aimed at reducing the share of the shadow economy, increasing the official employment rate and, on this basis, expanding the sources of financing pensions, allowances and other social transfers.
