Abstract

The article is devoted to exploring of peculiarities of legal regulation of relations, arising in the sale of Russian military products on the world arms market. Types of legal regulation, administrative and private law institutions, existing in the implementation of international trade transactions in the sphere of military cooperation, have been revealed. The scopes of the general prohibitions and permissions which in conjunctions determine uniqueness of legal regulation in implementing of the government policy in the sphere of the military technical cooperation have been defined.
